bdjil's Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These Terms form a legal agreement between bdjil ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). This agreement applies to all services, games, promotions and applicable benefits offered by bdjil.

bdjil serves users in Bangladesh as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We use SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information safe and to ensure fair play.

If any part of these Terms is breached, bdjil reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time. These Terms must always be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open and use an account on bdjil, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("For users aged 21+ only").
• You will operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not subject to any legal restrictions regarding gambling or online gaming.
• You have never been permanently banned by bdjil before.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is a breach of these Terms and may result in all accounts and funds being confiscated.

2.3 Information Provided at Registration

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account closure and any deposited funds may be confiscated. bdjil may request your identity documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) at any time for verification purposes.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Never share your password with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
• Always log in from a secure and personal device.
• Always log out after use, especially on shared devices.

bdjil will never ask for your password via email or chat. If you receive such a message, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are available for depositing funds on bdjil: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).

• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account.
• Using third-party accounts or credit cards is prohibited.
• Each deposit transaction will be credited to the account after it has been properly verified.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• bdjil reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of any suspicious activity.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

bdjil is committed to preventing money laundering. In cases of suspicious transactions, we may request additional verification information and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• You may not claim a bonus from another promotion while one is already active, unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• bdjil reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

bdjil's VIP Program has four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the bdjil platform — including live casino, slots, fishing games and cricket betting — are governed by specific rules. It is each member's responsibility to read the rules of the relevant game before playing.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, bdjil may consider that round void.
• If there is a valid dispute regarding a game result, our support team must be informed within 24 hours.
• bdjil is not responsible for losses caused by loss of internet connection.
• The rules of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, etc.) also apply.

bdjil ensures fair play through a Random Number Generator (RNG) system. All game outcomes are determined in a completely random and impartial manner.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjil platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating or game system manipulation.
• Use of bots, automated software or third-party tools.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug on the site for undue advantage — such incidents should be reported to us when discovered.
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in inappropriate behaviour towards other members.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in account closure and confiscation of all deposited funds and winnings. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by bdjil

bdjil may immediately suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to provide verification information.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, please fulfil all applicable wagering requirements and withdraw any valid balance.

9 Responsible Gaming

bdjil firmly believes in responsible gaming. We want all our members to play for entertainment purposes and within their financial means.

• We offer voluntary account limit settings and self-exclusion options.

10 Intellectual Property

A limited, revocable licence is granted to use the site for personal and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not transfer ownership of the site or any intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

bdjil will not be held liable for any loss arising from the following circumstances:

• Loss resulting from unauthorised third-party access to an account — where the member has not complied with their own security obligations.
• Service disruption due to reasons beyond our control.
• Restrictions to the service imposed due to changes in applicable laws or regulations.

In any circumstance, bdjil's maximum liability will be limited to the current balance in your account.

13 Changes to Terms

bdjil reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify members via email or site notifications.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the revised terms. Therefore, it is advised to review this page regularly.
